Wheel Alignment
A proper wheel alignment is crucial for the safety, handling, and longevity of your vehicle, yet it is often overlooked until problems arise. At Barnett's Garage, we use precision technology to adjust your suspension angles—camber, toe, and caster—ensuring your wheels are perfectly perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other. When your wheels are out of alignment, your car has to work harder to move forward. This creates unnecessary resistance that decreases fuel efficiency and causes rapid, uneven tire wear, which can ruin a brand-new set of tires thousands of miles early.

When Should You Get an Alignment?
You should schedule an alignment check at least once a year or every 12,000 miles, but immediate attention is needed if you notice:

-
Pulling: Your vehicle naturally drifts to the left or right when driving on a straight, flat road.
-
Crooked Steering Wheel: Your steering wheel sits off-center even when you are driving straight ahead.
-
Uneven Tire Wear: One side of your tire tread is worn down significantly more than the other (often called "camber wear").
-
After Impact: Following a jarring event like hitting a deep pothole, striking a curb, or a minor collision.
-
New Parts: Whenever you install new tires or replace suspension components (like struts, shocks, or tie rods), an alignment is mandatory to protect your investment.
